  • What will I get as evidence of transactions from your agents?

    A receipt for every transaction.
    An Email/SMS alert from your Bank for your transactions.

  • How will I identify a Paycluster Agent?

    Every Paycluster Agent has a Certificate of Registration and a unique Identification Number.

  • I think a Paycluster agent has cheated me. What do I do?

  • I think a Paycluster agent has cheated me. What do I do?

    We don't sell our POS terminals, but Paycluster only ask for logistic fee depending on the agent(s) location before deployment.

  • How Long Does it Take To Become A Paycluster Agent?

    The timeline for completing the assessment of and making a determination on an application will vary based on the:

    - Completeness of the application.
    - Adequacy and accuracy of information provided in support of the application; and
    - Adequacy of the agent due diligence conducted by the appointing Agent Assesment Team.
    - Therefore, the AAT (Agent Assessment Team) must ensure that their submissions for approval to appoint an agent are complete and meet the stipulated requirements of the CBN, and the applicable Regulations and the Standard of Sound Practice on Agent Banking.

  • Which states do Paycluster agents operate?

    Paycluster agents are available nationwide. We are open to receiving more applications from across Nigeria to ensure that both rural and urban dwellers enjoy simplified access to financial and banking services.

  • Who Can Apply To Be A Paycluster Agent?

    Adult between the ages of 18 - 45 are eligible to apply, provided they meet the following criteria:

    They must have been using a dedicated business space (shop/office) for at least 6 months.
    They must provide evidence of payment indicating ownership/rental of the office space.
    Valid ID Card.

  • What can I do with Paycluster?

    Deposit Cash
    Withdraw Cash.
    Send money to any bank account.
    Buy airtime.
    Data Subscription on your mobile phone.
    Pay bills e.g Electricity, TV subscription and more.
    Open account.
    Card Issuance.

  • Is Paycluster Network Available for 24 hours?

    Paycluster Network is always available for 24 hours daily without interuption. You can send send or deposit money at odd hours of the day and you can also pay bills anytime and anyday at your convenient.

  • How Soon Will An Applicant Know The Outcome of His/Her Application?

    The applicant get an immediate response from us if the application was submitted successfully. This response contains the necessary documents to be provided by the applicant.
